I was in need of a vehicle since my car had a blown engine so I was looking online and saw one I really liked at House of Cars in Louisville, KY. And the salesman Sean was able to take care of me I wasn't able to make it in to the dealership since it is over 200 miles from my home and had no vehicle. He was able to take photos and do a virtual walk around and went through the vehicle and started it up and opened the hood and let me see it like I was there. I and we closed the deal and just want to thank Sean and everyone at House of Cars for their help.

Absolutely incredible experience. I love my BMW and couldn’t be happier with the entire process. Sean and Alex are true A1 professionals honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on taking care of you, not just making a sale. They got me set up with great protection for real peace of mind, and everything was surprisingly affordable. You can tell they care about their reputation, word of mouth, and long term relationships. Seriously, a rare find in this business.

Alex and Shawn were great to work with. I feel like I got a good price on a good car and they allowed me to get a repurchase inspection before we finalized the deal which gave me confidence.This is a small lot with quality cars and trucks at an affordable price.

Went with my friend to help them pick out a new car, staff was helpful, friendly, patient, and had good service, they have a good selection and seem trustworthy, with some good finds and good prices. the Car my friend bought runs well, and they checked the battery, and offered to replace it if it didnt hold a charge, as the car had been sitting for a bit. runs well and has no issues so far! can recommend!
